East Coast feels Irene's after effects

Floodwater caused by Tropical Storm Irene rushes along Route 73 in St. Huberts, N.Y., Monday, tearing up the road as it flows. Entire towns in Vermont and New York remained cut off by flooding and some communities were still warily watching swollen rivers following heavy rains from Irene.
