Cultural understanding is on the menu

A hearty plate of pancakes, ham, lingonberries and whipped cream costs $6 for members, $9 for nonmembers. The center clears between $2,000 and $4,000 at every breakfast, providing the funds for programs, staffing and improvements at the center.
