Cultural understanding is on the menu

Volunteer cooks make hundreds of Swedish pancakes for the Sunday-morning breakfasts at the Swedish Cultural Center. The volunteer cooks are stationed at five ranges that will keep two shifts of six people each busy. In all, they'll use around 220 pounds of flour, 1,200 eggs, 200 pounds of ham and 110 pounds of lingonberry sauce.
