Surprise! Oberto driver pulls a fast one, wins Seafair race | Hydroplane racing

Dave Villwock in the Spirit of Qatar, left, narrowly beats Steve David in the Oh Boy! Oberto in Heat 2B, but David returned the favor with a lightning-quick start in the championship final to win the Albert Lee Cup at Seafair for the second year in a row.
