525 in Seattle mark holiday by becoming Americans

U.S. Circuit Judge Richard Tallman administers the Oath of Allegiance to 525 people who became U.S. citizens Monday at Seattle Center. The immigrants and refugees were from around the world, with the largest numbers from the Philippines, Mexico and India.
