A five-ton 'Urban Garden' is planted downtown

Seattle artist Ginny Ruffner delights in the assembling of her 27-foot, almost 5-ton sculpture "Urban Garden" as it takes shape Saturday at the corner of Seventh Avenue and Union Street. This is Ruffner's first moving structure.
