Ivory Coast standoff appears to be nearing end

In Ivory Coast's largest city, Abidjan, on Friday, troops loyal to Alassane Ouattara were closing in on former President Laurent Gbagbo, who has refused to leave office since Ouattara was declared the winner in November.
