Seattle's William Justen thrives on urban energy

Exterior walls are glass, to capture every ounce of view. At 38 floors, 1521 is the tallest residential condominium in Seattle. It rises 440 feet above the Pike Place Market. Residential units start at $1.1 million. The Justens found the painting over the fireplace in the Dominican Republic. The sculpture is by Julie Speidel.
