Pioneer Square: Historic character vs. height

Some Pioneer Square preservationists fear the sinking-ship garage will be developed into a tall building, the new structure would disrupt views of the Smith Tower, in the background, and change the historic look of the neighborhood. A tour group passes by on foot.
