Case closed: Dick Tracy artist retires

Artist/author Dick Locher, who has drawn the Dick Tracy comic strip since 1983, sits in his Illinois home studio. He has won a Pulitzer Prize for editorial cartoons for the Chicago Tribune and is retiring in March
