Hell on Wheels: Is there no end to the stream of traffic insults?

The average commuter in the Seattle area spends about 44 hours a year stuck in traffic, according to the Texas Transportation Institute. Buses, like this one on Montlake Boulevard Northeast, are meant to help ease the crush, but they get stuck in many of the same messes.
