A fearful, frigid night on iconic Chicago road

Stranded motorists are stuck on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, Illinois, Tuesday night. There were 20.2 inches of snow at both O'Hare International and Midway airports Wednesday morning, making the Groundhog Day storm the third-largest in Chicago history, according to the weather service.
