Break in storms to let rivers recede

A resident along flooded Northeast Tolt Hill Road just west of Highway 203 offers an exercise class in boating on Monday afternoon. The Snoqualmie River flooded several roads in the Snoqualmie Valley between Monroe and Fall City after warm temperatures and heavy rains.
