Sewage overflowing around King County

Derek Thirstrup walks through water in front of his Seattle home. He said water from North Acres Park drains into his neighbors home and settles in his and his neighbor's back yards. He and his neighbor both rented a pump to pump the water out of the yards into a drainage ditch nearby.
