A Gustav Stickley bookcase is festooned with original Christmas cards by California printmaker Elizabeth Norton and candles that petroleum companies gave away as premiums for filling up at the gas station. Greenway also shows off her collection of children's alphabet blocks. "I'm at the maximum capacity for what I can spell for Christmas," she says. Consonants are no problem, but she's short on vowels.
