Dropouts to get free job training in Central Area program

Jocquelyn Duncan, chair of the Work-It-Out committee, is working to renovate the historic Horace Mann school into an educational and job-training site targeting youth, ages 16-21, who have dropped out of high school. Duncan attended school in the building when she was young.
