Cleanscapes bike-recycling program delivers 400th to nonprofit

Seattle City Councilmember Mike O'Brien stands in the CleanScapes bicycle-recycling bin after handing off the 400th bike saved from a landfill to CleanScapes driver Rodney Watkins. The bikes are repaired and given to disadvantaged youth.
