Mercer Island mansion finally sells — at $28 million markdown

Chuck and Karen Lytle's newly sold luxury home on Mercer Island overlooks an outdoor saltwater pool as well as Lake Washington. Assessed at about $20 million and first offered for twice that, the home fetched a minimum bid of $12 million.
