Famed fishmonger plans a sea change

Pike Place Fish Market owner John Yokoyama holds a 30-pound Copper River king salmon. The fish is considered sustainable, and Yokoyama aims to make the rest of the business fit that definition by January. But even figuring out exactly what that means can be a challenge.
