Northwest fabulous prefab: Faster, cheaper and even green, it works

The home's exterior mimics the surrounding flora: green panels recall treetop leaves; the cedar below, bark. Accents, such as Sam's office over the garage on the left, are an industrial standing-seam metal. The pool does double duty as an adult lap pool with extra space for kid play. Solar panels help heat the pool.
