1 year after officer tackled him, man is bedridden, wife is caretaker

Emergency medical technicians load Chris Harris into a van to go to the doctor. Based on his brain scans, doctors say he shouldn't be able to move or make sounds. Yet he can respond to simple commands, is aware of what's going on around him and recognizes loved ones who come to visit.
