Open spaces bring in light, open up views in Leschi

The water feature, designed by Daniel Yarger, has been placed to greet visitors at the front door and to be enjoyed from the accessory dwelling unit to the right. The black-granite fountain falls into a reflection pool and down a black-granite waterwall to another reflection pool below. Richard Hestekind of Seattle designed the fountain piece.
