Seattle biotech firm on verge of a groundbreaking cancer vaccine

Senior scientist Samuel Li is among researchers in Dendreon's lab area. While cancer research has been fraught with disappointments, the company has increased its work force from 200 to 600 this year as the FDA considers approval of its treatment vaccine.
