Starbucks shareholders reject recycling initiative; company declares first dividend

"The growth of the company is at an inflection point," CEO Howard Schultz tells shareholders Wednesday at the annual meeting. About half of the nearly 2,000 investors at McCaw Hall were Starbucks employees.
