Goodbye to grand plan for Seattle Center?

NOW: The Fun Forest kiddie rides, at the foot of the Space Needle, are the last remnants of the Seattle Center amusement park. The master plan for the Center, adopted in 2008, calls for the building to be razed and replaced with green space and water features.
