Streetcar cost overruns: What about the next line?

The South Lake Union streetcar ended up costing $4.3 million more than budgeted, which was not initially reported. Now $132 million will be spent to build a new streetcar line between the International District/Chinatown light-rail station and the future Capitol Hill station.
