Special report: 911 callers waited desperately for help during last year's snowstorm

Zakeea Sykes holds her daughter, Zakierra Jarmon, at their home. Zakierra was born Dec. 24 after a long, bumpy and painful ambulance ride. The driver eventually took side streets to avoid the heavy ruts on the main routes. Zakierra's father missed her birth — his car got stuck in the snow.
