Lighten your footprint by sharing

Longtime friends Tracy Madole and Kate Pflaumer each wanted a dog, just not a full-time one, so they agreed to share a pooch. Pflaumer wanted a non-shedder, while Madole wanted an assistant for his duck-hunting hobby. The two, who agreed on training principles, settled on a mixed breed called a Labradoodle, and 5-year-old Ghillie has turned out to be a great natural hunter who keeps his curly black hair to himself.
