Even Spokane's youngest skaters are excited to have the U.S. championships come back to their town. Rachel Carbary, 9, works on spinning jumps with a coach, Meegan McDonald. Carbary volunteered at the event in 2007 and hopes to see 2010 Olympics-bound skaters in January.
