Rush to finish barrier at Howard Hanson Dam before heavy rains
As the season of heavy rain approaches, work continues around the clock on reinforcing the earthen Howard Hanson Dam with a double-thick "grout curtain." It's being installed along both sides of a previous barrier that failed to stop the leaking.
