Tyler Farrar finishes second in Tour de France stage

A finish-line photo shows British sprinter Mark Cavendish beating Tyler Farrar by less than a bike length. It was the fourth Tour stage victory for Cavendish, and the second split-second runner-up finish for Farrar.
