Who will ride Sound Transit light-rail trains?

Sound Transit trains line up at the maintenance base in Seattle's Sodo area. Seattle joins at least 20 U.S. cities with sizable modern light-rail systems. Portland's MAX and Vancouver, B.C.'s SkyTrain are adding lines this year; Honolulu voters just approved a $5 billion elevated line.
