Lake Washington villa offers living both gracious and grand

The cypress-paneled living room soars to 16 feet from floor to box-beamed ceiling that hovers over Romeo and Juliet balconies. The antique-marble fireplace was imported from Europe. Magnus and Northwest Custom Interiors worked the interior woods.
