Iconic "will the last person" Seattle billboard bubbles up again
Bob McDonald, of Seattle, now 71, holds a picture of the billboard he and fellow real-estate agent Jim Youngren dreamed up in 1971, when unemployment in the Seattle area was 13 percent. The billboard, displayed for only 15 days near Sea-Tac Airport, has become iconic in the decades since.
