Peak tolls on 520 bridge could be as high as $6.85

A new, six-lane Highway 520 bridge across Lake Washington is scheduled to open in 2016. Planners Wednesday posed four scenarios to help foot the bill by charging tolls on 520 and possibly also the I-90 bridge.
