Logging and landslides: What went wrong?

"They get to log ... I get to clean up their mess," says David Fenn, a Boistfort Valley farmer whose fields were partially covered with mud and debris in December's Lewis County floods and landslides. Fenn isn't opposed to clear-cutting, but he believes the pace of logging magnified the flood problems.
