Jon Rowley promotes the tastes we come to crave
Competitive oyster shuckers from restaurants all over the Northwest await Rowley's signal to start a round in the Oyster Games he helped organize at Anthony's Home Port on Shilshole Bay. While Rowley is serious about the quality of the food he helps promote, he also likes to have some fun with it and is the force behind such annual events as Metropolitan Markets' Peach-O-Rama and the Samish Bay Bivalve Bash.
