Philip Mihalski, who'd worked at Brasa and the Dahlia Lounge before running the kitchen at Marco's Supperclub, bought Saleh al Lago at Green Lake in 1999 and renamed it Nell's Restaurant. As chef/owner, he's focusing on a refined, contemporary American menu featuring seasonal ingredients.
