House Hunting

Wolf House was made of redwood trees still in their own bark, deep chocolate-maroon volcanic rocks, blue slate, boulders, tree trunks, fruit twigs, Mexican-style tile and cement. Its ruins remain among the redwoods of Jack London State Historic Park in Glen Ellen, Calif.
