Kayaking the lazy backwaters of Silver Lake
Silver Lake, near Mount St. Helens, is an excellent place for a lazy exploratory paddle. The convoluted shoreline offers countless nooks and crannies that are fun to poke around in a kayak. These kayakers were trying to navigate the mysterious crannies in search of ponds they had heard about.
