Longtime prosecutor Norm Maleng dies

Mr. Maleng in July 2006 announces four counts of murder against Conner Schierman for Kirkland slayings. Mr. Maleng sought the death penalty against Schierman but spared Green River killer Gary Ridgway in return for information.
