Waterfront deserves better

Nathan Liljenstolpe works as a parking-lot attendant in a small booth directly under the Alaskan Way Viaduct near Pike Street. He says stuff drops from the upper decks all the time — plywood, plastic, garbage, but he probably will vote for a new elevated. "More than anything, we just need our roads."
