U District tavern, city end dispute

Patrons at the Blue Moon Tavern in the University District enjoy conversation with their drinks Monday night. The landmark tavern has been in a dispute with the city of Seattle, but tavern owner Gustav Hellthaler signed a compromise agreement with the city Friday.
