Rain inching up on record

Colin McKendry, 22, a senior at the University of Washington, hurries Tuesday to get his belongings out of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity house annex in the 4700 block of 22nd Avenue Northeast. Five members were evacuated after mud and water pushed through the back door and into a bedroom.
