Smoking ban's foes drift away

Even though he smokes when he visits the Comet Tavern on Capitol Hill, Tom Morris supports Initiative 901, which would ban smoking in all public places and within 25 feet of their doorways. While I-901 critics are easy to find in any smoky bar, organized opposition is thin.
