Drug-tunnel bust aided by controversial provision of USA Patriot Act

At a July 21 press conference, Rodney Benson of the Drug Enforcement Administration holds part of a board used to build the drug tunnel discovered at Lynden, Whatcom County. A "sneak and peek" warrant was used in the investigation.
