520 bridge ideas abound, but money still the issue

The 520 bridge is raised and the sections toward the center slid underneath yesterday as part of a routine inspection this weekend. Some supporters of the bridge-replacement project worry that $500 million of funding for a new, safer span could be in jeopardy.
