Construction of 'Once Upon a Tree'

Designers spent all day Sunday constructing trees that will be presented over a three-day celebration, beginning with a Christmas Carnival from noon to 8 p.m. Monday, It is free to the public. Tuesday and Wednesday will feature a fundraising lunch and gala dinner to raise money for ministries that provide health care, housing and hospice. Trees were created by 15 designers, including Stiles, who "wanted to mix art and books together."
