The Wenatchee River boils through the Tumwater Canyon west of Leavenworth, Chelan County, on Monday, attracting kayakers and making it an excellent place to enjoy the fall color. Locally, a change in the weather is forecast, with mostly cloudy skies and showers developing Wednesday.
