Pigeons stake their spots on wires along South Graham Street near Martin Luther King Jr. Way South, under cloudy skies. September left with torrential rain and stiff winds. In fact, it was Seattle's wettest September on record with 6.16 inches, besting the old record of 5.95 inches in 1978. More rain is in the forecast.
